  Hi everyone, I'm Caroline and following taking a "well earned mid life break for a few months" from my HR career, I am now looking to get back into a senior HR role.
  
  I am therefore looking to my HR colleagues in the community to assist me by referring any leads or opportunties they may become aware of that would suit an experienced, commercially focused, collaborative, HR professional, able to diagnose, design and deliver a range of HR Strategies in partnership with the business.
  
  I have UK and EMEA experience gained within pharmaceuticals, leisure, FMCG, heavy and electronic engineering, IT and technology based business solutions and services business sectors from blue chip FTSE to SME.
  
  I am looking for permanent or interim roles in Surrey, Middlesex, Thames Valley, West London or Central London areas. Any help or support would be very much appreaciated and hopefully I will be able to reciprocate in the future.

  Hi I'm Richard, usually known (for reasons I won't bore anyone with..) by my 2nd name of Guy. I have a long career in HR, working exclusively for Global blue chips in the IT services sector, specifically in roles focussing on HR systems (SAP) and Management Reporting. I've also set up and managed outsourced HR administration teams, so I know the kinds of challenges there, and I've managed numerous other HR projects at Country, EMEA and Global level. I get a real buzz from working with multi-disciplinary teams from differing cultures and backgrounds

  Hello, I'd just like to introduce myself to the group. I am at the very start of my career and having been within the Learning & Development department of one of the biggest FMCG companies for the past 18months, I know this is the path for me. Therefore I have joined Changeboard to discuss relevant topics, exchange ideas, network, whilst looking for advice in regards to my career path and how best to fulfil my future goals & aspirations.

  My name is Adam and I am a Recruiter who has 12 years recruitment experience across all technologies and markets. I have owned my own company for the last 5 years working closely with a small number of clients. Currently recruiting for IT and Defence / Electronics companies across the UK in all job categories. Experienced in searching for specialised positions using various recruitment techniques including Head hunting. I utilise Linked in and social media networking to attract candidates. I have also been an RPO / In house recruiter for 18 months for an IT company and I also ran a team of recruitment consultants who recruited internally for a large recruitment company for over 2 years.
